Our Ya Shi Xiang or Duck Shit Fragrance tea has a bright golden yellow liquor that gives a honey and floral fragrance filling the mouth with a thick and sweet taste with notes of dry green raisins and golden peach. There is a perfect balance of sweet, bitter and slight astringents, none of which overpowering.
The name Duck Shit Aroma sounds awful, but the tea does not smell like duck shit, it’s actually one of most enjoyable Dan Cong teas with very well balance flavour and aroma!

Leaf to water ratio: 1g per 100ml.
Brewing time: About 2-3 minutes.
Tips: Adjust the leaf to water ratio if you prefer to shorten the infusion time or for lighter and stronger taste. Do not leave any water in the pot between each infusion, this is so as not to lose any precious flavour and prevents a too strong taste for the next infusion.
Recommended Water: Try to use natural mineral water.
